Ed Sheeran is facing two copyright infringement lawsuits. First, he’s fighting a claim that his song “Thinking Out Loud” rips off Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On.” Also, two men are claiming Ed’s song “Photograph” rips off their song “Amazing” which came out in 2009- six years before “Photograph.”
