Godshalls is now hiring in Lebanon PA for: 

• Packaging; Assembly line atmosphere, loading materials and meat product into packaging equipment, inspecting product for correctness, labeling product and boxes.
• Sanitation: Cleaning and general upkeep of plant both inside and outside, including but not limited to bathrooms, break rooms, and meat plant equipment.
• Take-Down: Load and unload meat product in the plant.
• Smokehouse: The Smokehouse Operator performs all functions relating to the cooking, curing, and cooling of cooked product. Loads product into and removes product from ovens. Follows set cooking programs to allow product to cure and cook. Performs product testing to ensure product complies with food safety requirements and meets product specifications. Performs basic sanitation functions. Completes documentation and carries out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for assisting in all aspects of monitoring and verification activities for HACCP, SQF, and other food safety and quality programs. This team member must have sufficient knowledge and understanding of food safety and quality assurance systems, their purpose, and the importance of maintaining these programs. The team member must be confident and capable of working within a quality team structure handling daily assignments both independently and inter departmentally between quality assurance and production team members.
• Maintenance Mechanic: To repair and maintain the facility and machinery effectively to reduce downtime and keep production running in a proactive atmosphere. Our goal is to minimize unscheduled downtime through predictive and preventative maintenance while working safely and following procedures and GMP’s to maximize efficiencies.
